The property is located in a holiday resort, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. **Holiday resort** National category 3 stars, 1 accommodation, 8 beds, reception (safe), lounge, internet (Wi-Fi) and TV room. All common areas are air-conditioned. **Location** Debeljak, district of Debeljak. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 8 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport. **Special** Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool heating only on request for a fee: €60 per day. **Leisure** In the complex: bike rental and boat rental. **Dogs** allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day. **Distances** Shopping 100 m, restaurant 2 km, town centre 2 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 2 km in Sukosan. Zadar: airport 6 km and disco, cinema each 8 km.
