"I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay."

I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. "Truly had a terrible time staying at this property. The first spent listening to a physical altercation in the unit above me which the owner brushed under the rug. The second night I was greeted by spider beetles in the main room. Some of caught a ride with me to my new apartment. Don’t book this property during flood season because the unit will be flooded.The family tried to play dumb and said this has never happened before even though there was still water in the closet I saw upon move in,...

"We had a great stay in Arlington—perfect location for exploring D.C., Alexandria, and close to Reagan Airport. Whole Foods and Harris Teeter were just a few minutes away, and traffic into the city was light to moderate at most hours. The apartment complex was beautiful, with a friendly front desk. Key pickup via KeyCafe was smooth, and the parking pass was waiting in the unit.
