"The hotel was clean, safe, easy to reach via subway. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of dining options and sightseeing within a short walking distance. A great place to stay just outside of the bustle of the city. "

"We loved our stay here! We have a 7 and a 5 year old so staying in a quieter part of town that was still very accessible to the subway was wonderful. "

"The staff are the golden stars of this hotel. They are very helpful and so courteous. The location is right beside the A7 exit of the Asakusa line. The onsen was small but such a gift after walking 25k steps in Tokyo. The rooms are small, so for 2 people with lots of luggage, would need some planning on which one to open. Property was clean, and there’s a water dispenser on my floor, which is so convenient. Will definitely stay here again! Maybe will book a bigger room next time. "

"We stayed in a double corner room an it was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were able to check in early, they shipped our bags to Kyoto for us. Everything was very clean, and appreciated the laundry on each floor. Centrally located to transit but not super busy or loud area. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we found was on the last day our hallway smelled like smoke even though I believe you can’t smoke there except for on one of the bottom floors. Either way, it was a great stay, and a reasonable price "
"Hotel was typical, smaller style of hotel in Japan but very nice. Room came with a tub as well as plentiful amenities in the lobby. But more importantly the staff were amazing. It is a very busy hotel with many tourists constantly coming in and out and the patience of the front desk staff were always helpful, encouraging and efficient. Great English as well. "
