"We had a group of 13 people stay here for 6 nights for our snow trip this year, and we had a great experience. The location is fantastic — this is probably one of the closest off-mountain properties you can get, only about a 5-minute drive to the Mount Buller entry gate. The kids absolutely loved the three baby goats and had so much fun playing with and feeding them. The owner, Melita, was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to reach. She always replied to messages very quickly. One of our friends accidentally left her phone at the house after we had already checked out and returned to Melbourne. I contacted Melita, and she promptly searched the house, found the phone, and even brought it back to Melbourne so my friend could collect it.We really appreciated her help and hospitality. Highly recommended, especially for families or larger groups planning a Mount Buller snow trip!"

10/10 Excellent
"We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults."
Glacier Chalet - Luxury Mt Buller Ski Chalet • Fireplace •Sleeps 14
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at this chalet was an absolute delight. We were 11 people, a mix of friends and family with two little ones and was spacious for all of us. Mike and Anna greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the chalet. They are both friendly and accommodating. They were also really good with communication and instructions prior to arrival. The place was neat and clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the towels were hotel standard, the hot water and showers worked well with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, the living/dining room had a good layout, the heaters worked well and kept us warm, the kitchen was well equipped for all meals, and to top it off, there was a jacuzzi! Wifi and foxtel were nice to have too. The location of the chalet is at a prime spot, about a 5-10min walk to the village. Undoubtedly the most luxurious and self-contained accommodation I've experienced on the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here!"
