“My husband and I attended a wedding in Montgomery, New York, and we wanted to make a mini vacation out of it. This little cottage offered us the perfect space to bring our fur babies, and enjoy a secluded spot just five minutes from the venue. We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations as the space was so well laid out. It’s hard to believe you can fit so much in a renovated blacksmith shop that was originally built a very long time ago. The property offers the perfect amenities,……

“I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.”

“Well maintained. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication with management. Bathroom can use a small face-lift and one of the beds needs updating. Parking is plentiful. Comfortable dinning room and living room. Says two beds in each room, but the second bed was a foldaway bed with a small amount of space for it in the bedroom. ”

“Fully equipped kitchen which great especially when you have picky eaters and need to heat up food. Laundry room which was great having 4 kids. Tons of space ”

The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. ”
