  • Welcome! This home is 3,100 sq. feet (5BR, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage) w/ plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen features large island, long granite countertops + butler’s pantry. Kitchen flows to Great Room w/gas fireplace & amazing natural light. 2 Dining rooms=great for entertaining! French doors to master BR w/ soaking tub & walk in closet. Huge 5th Bedroom also has a desk. Utility room upstairs. Large back patio w/extending shade covering great room windows and outdoor fire pit for cozying up and relaxing. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. There is not a full bath on the first floor - only a half bath.
