“房間整體還不錯，設施設備都很新，以設備來說算是相當完善。 房間網路也還不錯，有自動窗簾和升降桌，衛浴設備也都還不錯。 旁邊就有商店，晚上有大排檔，整體來說位置也還不錯。 但服務人員處理事件的能力有待加強，住的是近吸煙樓層，連三天聞到煙味，且實際看到人在抽煙，向前台反應之後前台表示也只能勸阻，那不確定為什麼要叫做進吸煙樓層？ 一直到最後一天飯店才提問說要不要換房間，但是都最後一天也聞到煙味人也不見了，實在也沒有這個必要性，只能說對於處理事情的能力經驗不足，且應該制定既然是禁吸煙樓層，就應該好好處理事情，而不是只能勸阻，這樣嚴重影響當初選擇禁煙樓層的其他客戶的住宿品質。”
