“Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. ”

“This excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English.”
