“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of.

Every step you take you will find hair on the floor. Everywhere including the bathroom. Kettle taped together with sticky tape and extremely dirty.
Snot on the walls in multiple spots. Hairs on and in the bed. Duvet with pee stains on it. Filthy under beds. Entire hotel smells of cigarette. Patrons walk through hotel in corridors, elevator and rooms smoking. Got into arguments over it....
