“The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay @ your cottage. It was well equipped and a peaceful location. Some draw blinds over the patio doors would have helped block the sun where we would watch TV but we managed to drape the leg blankets over that doorway and block the sun that way.We will keep your place in mind for another stay.”

“The house was comfortable, pleasant, and had everything we needed. The big backyard was really nice. It's in a very residential neighborhood, but was convenient to our activities in Norfolk. The only glitch was that the code we were given wasn't activated when we arrived. The owners were able to remotely unlock the door as soon as we reached them, and fixed it right away.”

“Super clean property!! Very nice, quiet neighborhood. All cabinets, drawers, light switches etc. were labeled and very convenient. The host really thought of a lot of extra details. Highly recommend!! Thank you for making our girls weekend so relaxing :) ”

“Overall this was the perfect house for our short visit! Very clean and well stocked.Our only complaint was all the snow, unusual for this area. Fortunately we had a shovel and salt with us, which we had to use on the back deck and front stairs.”

“It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice.”

“Stayed where for my cousins wedding and it was nice for 4 people to stay, relax and venture around. It’s good location for us.”

“My family had the best time. My grandkids loved the games. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful back porch. We played UNO while my husband watched tv and grilled. There was a TV in every room which saved us from having to watch cartoons. I look forward to future stays. ”

“The host was good with communication ahead of time. Upon arrival, the home was in what appeared to be a state of abandonment. The code the host gave was right and we were able to get in. The AC was not on, so it was almost 90 degrees and the house smelled musky. There was what looked like a months worth of mail on the kitchen counter along with some tools (maybe from previous maintenance?). The floors and counters were sticky and there was pubic hair stuck to the counter in a few spots. Several……
