“The hotel has a smell because the carpets need to be replaced. The air conditioner worked but leaked all over the carpet near the window. Didn’t appreciate that construction workers were sleeping in their trucks in the parking lot and we had to park on the side near the convention center and walk around to enter the hotel. The desk staff were wonderful. We didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant because the prices were too expensive for what you get. We ate at a Suffolk downtown diner that was……

“Initial room was not usable due to misaligned deadbolt. Got another. 2nd room was terrible. I paid $140 for a one night stay in a $50 room. Comforter was old with yellowing and mildew stains. Included stains from what I believe was a previous bedbug infestation. Sheets were worn, were stained and had holes and cigarette burns. Mattress cover was stained. Bed headboard literally had greasy full handprints on it and numerous other greasy smudges. Sofa and ottoman were dirty and stained. Stand by……
