The rooms are clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool area was nice and clean. Mattress could use replacing it was a bit broken down .

I have been staying here twice a year for many years. The staff and service is always good and the facility clean. However this is the second time in recent years that the elevator has not been working. We had to carry our heavy bags up a flight of stairs, thankfully we were able to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor. I feel like the hotel should provide extra staff to help people with their luggage in situations like this. And, they should make getting the elevator repaired a priority. I’m very disappointed this has happened to us twice.
