Hour late at check in and no concern to resolve it even after explaining I had traveled 13 hours with a 3 year old. No upgrade to a clean room or offer of show tickets (its a timeshare). Also did not get a patio even though expedia listed a patio included and I paid a higher rate for it. Staff could care less since I refused the timeshare presentation and paid for my room upfront.

Property was welcoming to pets. Indoor pool was not in a convenient location to our unit. And just for reference, the first floor units without a lake view have no view. Just a retaining wall to look at. and we had very noisy upstairs neighbors. Sounded like kids were going to travel through our ceiling.

We took our young adult sons. We had a nice time and the Hyatt Lodges was great. Branson was a bit boring for our son's. There was almost no one their age in town. Great for seniors and families with small children. It would have been better if there hadn't been a cold front (22degrees). We would have hiked and maybe fished.

This was a wonderful motel - we have stayed at others in the past and this outshined them all! the room was clean, wonderful bathroom with high toilet, nice breakfast included with the room. the motel was close to everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend this hotel to future potential customers.
