"I loved that they had everything, I brought my own utensils and and things to cook with, but when I got their everything was already accommodated for us..You can use their kayaks and canoes for free. It’s honestly so peaceful a very nice family environment with so much to do..We really enjoyed our stay, and plan to return again!! "

"HI, Even though this place is right on the highway, it is quiet. The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Th kitchenette with microwave and fridge along with the coffee maker made it even more comfortable. The friendly staff at the front desk are ready to help. Wi-fi was good. No elevators but going down the small set of stairs was not an issue for me. Access to the beach is easily accessible and has stairs....going down is easy...coming back could be a bit of work for some. This is an older hotel so the walls are not all that thick...if slight noises disturb your sleep, best to use ear buds. I did and did not wake up until the bedside alarm set by a previous guest rang. I would stay here again."

Wonderful Experience!

"Everything was top notch. We were able to check-in early and check-out later than normal which was a huge bonus. Communication was excellent. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and everything worked. The view of the water was amazing and super easy walk into town. Would stay again!"

"New, clean and great location! Steps away from the local coffee stop and bakery! Right in the center of town but tucked away from main roads which was perfect. All eateries, grocery and shops are within short walking distance and access to the beach is just a couple blocks away. Great property and locations. Preferences to keep in mind that this is a 3 story townhome so several staircases to keep in mind and beds were on the firm side. Overall wonderful property and fantastic location."

"We had so much fun here. Our house was amazing with lots of room, very clean and a great view of the ocean. Walking to the beach and around town to stores was fun. We enjoyed the pool and hiking trail. Also don’t forget the beach and ocean. You could walk to it.We can’t wait to come back."

Lovely Seabrook property with carriage house, yard, & child-friendly amenities

Large comfortable house very close to town!!

"The Sandcastle house was clean and inviting. It was well stocked with dishwasher soaps, paper towels, and trash bags. There were plenty of extra blankets for the night and plenty of beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 6 teens very well. The kitchen had a large crockpot that I used to serve hot apple cider. The laundry unit in the house was amply stocked with washer pods but I did not see any dryer sheets. I loved the master bedroom with the door to a balcony with table set to sit outside and enjoy fresh air with a blanket wrapped around you and a cup of coffee. The kitchen had a Kherig and a regular coffee maker. There were plenty of pots and pans, serving bowls, and utensils for all of our needs. The only item we needed but couldn’t find was a claw spoon to serve spaghetti. But that is an easy remedy for the owners. Thank you for the wonderful stay and top notch cleaning service prior to our arrival. "

Great house…excellent location!

"The house and its location were perfect. The checking in process however…was not. We were 1 hour away from our VRBO when we received a call from Seabrook properties telling us we hadn’t paid.?? We gave all our info to VRBO and assumed everything was taken care of. After at least 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth…the Seabrook folks told us to go ahead and come and that they would sort it out after the weekend. They when that didn’t happen, my husband went in to the office and paid the bill in full. Later - the VRBO folks told me that they are only responsible for the deposit and that it was up to Seabrook to collect the rest. I asked them if they had passed on our credit card information and they said they had. They also said Seabrook tried to charge that same credit card But something went wrong. Long story longer…they waited an hour before we were supposed to arrive to call and say we had not paid?? To this day….I am still not certain what happened. The house had been held….but was not clean when we got there. After all of this the Seabrook folks were very nice….but did not offer any explanation or remuneration for all of this. I can’t say I was impressed"
