  • The colony 2 at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit, just a few steps to the pools and having its own personal large jacuzzi tub, makes this one of the most requested units in the colony 2. Located just across the street from the intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, the colony 2 is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses.

    A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of sunset beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals. Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded
    oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching our beautiful sunsets.

    This unit newly remodeled 11/1/2020 comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig single & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, Washer and dryer in the unit. There are three tv's, a DVD player. High speed internet service. The covered patio overlooks the pool area.

    New Beds with Bed linens are provided, bath towels are not provided unless requested. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower, both bedrooms have (new) King size beds.

    This 'non- smoking' unit (outside on the patio you can smoke) is in like New condition (remodeled 11/2020), very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

    Rental is weekly May-August & other times 3 night minimum. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am.

This unit is perfect. Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment but far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The pool on site was a great amenity and we enjoyed it immensely.

Hard to top this place!

Perfect condo in amazing location. Pool area just a few steps from the patio. Great communication from owner. Just a two minute drive to the beach. This place met all of our expectations!

The pools and gym were not available during the 2 weeks. I would not have stayed at this location if I had known this in advance. During this time of year it is too cold for outside pool and we wanted to utilize the indoor pool and gym and couldn't use either. Very disappointing. The condo unit was fairly clean. The refrigerator needs to be checked as it makes a noise when defrosting. I will not rent this unit again.

Great Condo!

Condo was in a great location - ground floor unit right next to pool and hot tub! Condo was spacious and fully equipped. Host was very attentive and responsive which was much appreciated.

Loved it!!!!

This was the absolute best condo we have stayed in for vacation. The unit was decorated with beach decor. Everything we needed was available to us. The location is just minutes to the beach and the unit just steps from the pools. It was very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this for any family.

Family Vacation

Yet again, we were so satisfied with our stay at Oyster Bay Colony 2 condo. It’s the perfect condo, located right at the pool making it so convenient for our daily trips to the pool with out 10 yr old grandson! Plus the location is close to beach for our beach days! The first floor location of condo is great for us older, fun people! No carrying heavy coolers upstairs! We can’t wait to return for our 3 year at the condo!

Another Great Vacation at Colony ll at Oyster Bay

This was our 3rd year staying at Colony ll @ Oyster Bay with our grandson. And we had the best time. It was an extremely hot week, but we stayed refreshed in the pool, which is just steps from the patio. We did take the quick drive to Sunset Beach to spend a day or two on the beach, which never disappoints. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It was very clean and fresh! The check in was super easy and communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast. We can't wait to be back next year. As my grandson says, " It's our favorite place to stay at the beach!"

Amenities were over the top!

We were excited to use the beach wagon, beach chairs, and shovels. Only problem was an unreliable network which didn't allow us to make phone calls.

Great location!

This unit was super cute. It had everything we needed. It was literally a couple of steps from the back door to the pool gate. The place was clean and there are lots of restaurants near. The beach, though ridiculously crowded, is also very close. The only complaint we had is that there is not much of a sound barrier between floors. The people upstairs seemed to be having a lively pogo stick competition. But that’s not the fault of the owners. All in all it was very relaxing.

Conveniently located

Just open the back door and walk 20 steps to the pool. Great for walking around the adjacent neighborhood. Short drive to the beach. Food and park located just 2 minutes away.

Great Location and Very Comfortable Stay

This condo is close to the beaches and many restaurants in Calabash and surrounding area. The condo was very clean and the owner was very attentive to our needs.
