It is only 150m My mother, sister and I stayed at Mainsail 3 in December 2012\. What a great unit! It is only 150m from Mooloolaba Beach and Esplanade. It is a very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a lovely balcony. It would benefit from air-conditioning but the ceiling fans did the job. Swimming pool did not look inviting and as there is no on-site management, people from neighbouring unit blocks come in to have a dip whenever they want!!
