They told me that pool and spa under construction after booking. I wish they noted so i wouldnt book. They would charge me if i change and it was myself so i stayed but if i had a choice, i wouldnt. I found a dead cockroach outside my apartment on day 2 and i told front desk about it and they cleaned 3 days after. Room was nice and bed was comfy but daytime was miserable to stay because of construction. It was very very loud than i thought. Water pressure of shower was really bad. Apartment looked amazing but i couldnt open window because construction dust. So stay aware from this property.

The room, property, and location were all excellent. So much room, and super comfy. And a fantastic view from a very large balcony. So many dining excellent dining options in the area, all within a few minutes walking distance from Monaco. There was also cafes, bottle shop, and supermarket within walking distance as well. Did not use the facilities, so cannot comment on those. So happy with our stay here, and would definitely stay here again if visiting Colandra.

Love this place. Stunning views over the Pumicestone Passage and walking distance to lots of restaurants/cafes for dinner and breakfast. Lovely walk along the boardwalk.
