“No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. “We really loved this hotel. The service was exceptional and the view was amazing. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it.
