Excellent staff and restaurant on site was great food and convenient. We ended up eating there by five times Spacious rooms for family of five with amazing views from our terrace. There are some steps to go up to get to the rooms as well as up hill from the waterfront, we found it manageable

This hotel is amazing! The staff are absolutely excellent, very kind and the attention to detail is 5 star! The hotel is very conveniently situated and quiet. It has peaceful garden areas and the breakfast is served on a pretty terrace. Breakfast is cooked to your personal preferences. The room was spacious and luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope we will come back one day.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage in Bol. Ausstattung unserer Zimmer (2 Familien) war okay unterhalb des Pools und Essensbereiches. Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit Unterstützung beim Koffer tragen, da der Parkplatz nicht an der Unterkunft liegt. Bereits am 2. Abend wurden wir durch den Mitarbeiter Mel darauf hingewiesen, dass wir zu laut seien, obwohl wir lediglich mit den Kids Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt hatten (auf unserer Terrasse eben unterhalb aller anderen Zimmer im Kellerbereich). Am 3. Abend erreichten uns WhatsApp Nachrichten, dass wir erneut zu laut seien, obwohl wir nur zu viert Fußball sahen. Do stellt man sich einen Urlaub leider nicht vor - natürlich wollten wir die lauen Sommerabende zusammen draußen sitzen als Freunde und genießen. Nach diesen WhatsApp Nachrichten wurden wir durch den Mitarbeiter Mel für den Rest des Aufenthaltes ignoriert, kein Guten Morgen, kein Blickkontakt. Auch wurden wir zum CheckOut nicht informiert und reisten ab, ohne jegliche Übergabe. Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten - so möchte man durch den Vermieter nicht behandelt werden. Der Ort und die Gegend sind einzigartig, tolle Strände, tolle Restaurants, tolles Kroatien.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, there were a few areas where we felt communication which could be improved. It would have been helpful to receive more information on arrival about the hotel facilities, what was included in our all-inclusive package, and any additional costs. We often felt that we had to find this information out for ourselves, and unfortunately, not all of the reception staff were as helpful or informative as we would have expected. For example, depending on your all-inclusive status, only two of the pools are available without an additional charge. The adults-only pool has an extra charge, as does another pool. The beach sunbeds also cost €10 each, with a further €5 charge for a sunshade. We feel this information should be made clearer to guests when they arrive. Reception does have a useful map of Supetar showing where to purchase ferry and bus tickets, but again, we only found this out by asking. We also had an issue with the facilities available for guests with a late departure. As check-out is at 10am, we asked if there was somewhere we could leave our luggage. We were initially told that we could leave our luggage and that a room would be available for us to change and shower. However, when we returned later, a different receptionist told us that we could only change in the toilet. Overall we had a lovely stay and Supetar is a great place to visit
