The hotel itself is very clean , modern and nice . The only issue is they do not have hot water in the shower . We complained to the reception several times during our stay for this reason . Also we wanted to check in a day later then we had originally booked but the hotel refused to credit us for this night we didn’t stay .

The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay. Accessible to the markets for shopping purposes, me and my family visited Surat for wedding shopping.

Everything was perfect but I forgot my passport at home and they do need it so there was some disappointment but they settle with passport picture. Also they should reduce volume of elevator announcement. Overall it was nice stay.
