This was bar far the best place we stayed at on our Australian vacation. The staff was great and the grounds were extremely well kept with plenty to do. Loved the pool in the heat of the Australian day! Couldn’t believe there weren’t more people at it. Great atmosphere! Would definitely stay here again.

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

We had a couple of unresolved issues which we will deal with when home. The room was not representative of the pictures, the bed base was torn, side cabinets worn, the gas hob dangerous..too many to mention. It certainly didn't come under the "premium" category.
