Excellent greeting and check in. The room was clean and comfortable.
Having a car park was a factor in our choice (additional charge). Be careful of it's height restriction.
A great central location just a short walk to the main shopping centre, or the river area.
The restaurant serves an Indian menu which didn't appeal to us and we had to miss breakfast so can't comment on the food.
Only 2 issues for us. Only 1 of the 2 small lifts were working, which caused queues at times.
The room tv probably hasn't been re-tuned since it was installed so half the channels don't work.

Lovely plush hotel, with a nice chilled out vibe, in a great location. The staff were truly amazing! and the vegan breakfast was great, especially the sausages and black pudding, doggy breakfast was much appreciated too!
