We had a great stay, but some of the wait staff did not appear to have any knowledge about what a gluten free diet is. However, others were quick to jump in and help me out. "Can’t say enough how awesome this place is. Everyone ever who goes to SUVA I will recommend this hotel until the day I die. I LOVE them. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice but also real people too. Security at the front and friendly people. It’s a conference center so you may occasionally hear activities but this gives you the ability to be louder too! So you can listen to music or watch the TV louder than most places.
