“I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. “Room was clean, AC worked well, room was smaller than shown in pictures, staff were not very good in being assistive with late check out, wanted me to pay another night for 2hrs extra. One way to loose returning guests. This was the first and last time I stayed here”

“Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean. Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath. The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking.”

“This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night. If you’re expecting a 24 seven full attention luxury resort this is not the place if he wants somewhere that is of exceptional quality with a lot of space for yourself and a bit more relaxed this is great. “Ya valoré en su dia este hotel. Es un hotel pésimo con una suciedad terrible (manchas en las sabanas colchones sucios, cortinas manchadas y rotas...etc) de lo cual tenemos fotos de todo, ademas de que está muy mal gestionado. Necesitan con urgencia capacitacion de todo el personal. Por no aceptar pago con tarjeta porque la señora gerente no la daba la gana, nos hicieron pagar una parte en efectivo, quedandonos sin dinero para nuestras vacaciones. ”

“Estuve solo un día para poder llegar a un vuelo temprano en Suva y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa, venia de un resort 5 estrellas y la verdad es que salvando las distancias, y si toman un bongaslow con aire acondicionado, no tienen que envidiarle . “it is a two star hotel, but very nice. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is lovely, and the Wi-Fi reliable. However, the room is a little quirky with doors that don't lock, smoke alarms that are taped over and power points in the shower. A nice bed and good A/C makes up for it though.”
