The hotel was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed a superb breakfast , excellent food and staff were extremely helpful. The location was great, easy access to the shops and Suwon train station & subway from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near public transportation, with buses, trains, and the subway making it very easy to get around. There are also two nice malls nearby with plenty of food and shopping options. We didn’t use many of the hotel amenities during our stay, but overall we had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stay here for one night for some sightseeing in Suwon towards the end of our trip to Korea, and the hotel was in excellent location, very accessible with public transport and close to anything you might need, including a mall next to the station! The stuff were fantastic, friendly and accommodating, and although the room was on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice with wide variety and excellent coffee! It was a lovely hotel and would highly recommend if you are planning on visiting Suwon!

Good cosy hotel. Room is of a decent size, bed was huge and the toilet has a separate area for shower and the toilet bowl. My only negative feedback is the toilet bowl is of a smaller size as compared to other hotels.

Very well situated and clean, comfortable place to stay. Would definitely return. Makes day trips to Seoul a breeze and the airport bus to ICN is very convenient!

In former central Suwon city, location is best such as railway station, and department store AK is same building. Room is clean and hotel service is good. On the other hand, this hotel is located in former/old central of Suwon city where is west of Swuon. Currently, east side of Suwon is more developed due to Samsung etc, more fashionable. This Hotel is not bad, but if it has more something remarkable points, this hotel should be more attractive for tourist.

Great location adjacent to train station and airport limo bus. Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff were helpful booking airport transportation. Short taxi or bus ride away from the fortress. Multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Modern hotel, nice fitness center, great buffet restaurant, and very helpful staff. It's also connected to the amazing AK Plaza shopping mecca and metro station. Must be the best option in Suwon!

Good location

V good location, close to railway station. The hotel is connected to shopping mail, that's convenient to every age. Also the night market n restaurants are just in 200m. Honestly, the room was in average quality but very clean and the staff was nice n well communicate in English.

Amazing location at Suwon station, the luxury bus from Incheon airport was direct to the front door and cost 13,500KRW. The gym at the hotel was the largest and most comprehensive I've ever seen across 50 hotels.
