Amazing hotel!!!

Amazing hotel! My room was very spacious, had a bath and even a massage chair. There was a machine as well to get rid of wrinkles in your clothes. Handy! Convenient free parking under the hotel. Will definitely come back!

Every aspect was excellent -from the location, access, staff, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, internet, parking…. I could go on. Incredibly enjoyable stay.. Oh…. There was even a full size therapy chair in my room!

This hotel room is lack of lighting. They provide only one bath towel for two people stay. Not enough of clothes hanging area. The checking hour is not convenient for the travelers (4pm or later check in time).

Never Again!

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

The water in the sink in room 308 was clogged, so I requested repairs. The repair person came and unclogged the sink, but the water was still clogged and wouldn't go down. He said he was sorry and said there was nothing he could do, so he left. Thanks to this, I felt very uncomfortable every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Maybe there was a problem with the shower door, but after showering, all the water came out and the floor was soaked. I don't recommend it because the front desk's response is very poor and causes a lot of inconvenience.

에버랜드 방문을 위해 숙박했습니다. 전체적으로 무난했습니다. 방에서 곰팡이? 인지 쿰쿰한 냄새가 나고 청결이 크게 뛰어나지는 않았던거 같아서 그게 좀 아쉽습니다.
