If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Birders, this is located in the bog with great birds waiting right outside your door! “Wonderful owner- she's at the bigger house on site but she very much gives you privacy. The beach is loaded with anything you'd need, tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, chairs, fire pit, etc. And has a wonderful sandy beach. The location is super private and quiet but close to town. Pokegama lake is great for fishing, tubing skiing. Water is clear. Cabin is good, has everything you need, bedrooms don't have doors but two have curtains and that works just fine. “This is a really neat place. Not your average yurt. The kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, fridge, and sink. It doesn't have an oven. The gas grill outside was great for cooking our kabobs. The bed is huge, and the bathroom was really nice with a walk in shower with 2 showerheads. The hot tub outside was nice, as was the firepit. We had a real nice time, highly recommend. Way better than a hotel room, much more private. Check in and check out were easy. ”
