The luxurious and spacious apartment boast breath taking panoramic views of the sea & Purbeck hills, offering stylish, modern, & comfortable accommodation. The apartment is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the beach & Swanage Town, while the local park is just 5-minutes. Ideally positioned with private under croft parking for your vehicle.

I supply at the start of your stay, bed linen and bathroom towels. A welcome pack to get you started which the cleaner will place out into the appropriate rooms and areas for you.

WIFI usage during your stay is supplied at no extra costs.

Sleeps 4 (+ cot for young baby) , Grading: excellent, chic, private under-croft parking bay on the grounds at the front of the property big enough for a 4 by 4 motor vehicle.

The Villa was originally a single dwelling designed in 1884 by Charles T Miles, the same architect who designed Westbourne Library and several other listed buildings. The original glass stain windows exists today.

Please: - make sure child window locks are in lock position & keys returned to their stored location - turn switches /plugs off apart from blocked ones - leave heating thermostat on lowest setting
- Insure you lock the flat’s front door - Place keys back in key safe & lock by scrambling numbers - A departed text is always appreciated - The cleaner requires parking space at end of your stay
