Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. The room we had was clean and tidy, but lacklustre and needed new carpet and a freshen of the balcony. There were spiderwebs on the balcony and walkways, a couple of cockroaches in our room, the blanket on the bed was old and fraying, the spa in our room was not cleaned each day, and the seafood we had at the restaurant was overcooked. Everything, including staff, was pleasant, but nothing was outstanding - overall a pretty average stay." In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning. Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. That means some family could hang around and muck around for the whole day. It will definitely cause conflict or argument if you walk up and ask them to hurry up.
