Why 120 extra charge when only 4 people staying in a property listed accommodating 8?2. Confusing lockbox instructions….we were given an incorrect code initially (2 hours before check in)3. Why wasn’t pool available to our use (it was 80 degrees ) during our stay…..apparently the HOA hadn’t opened it up yet for the season That was disappointing, we now understand the “why” of……
