“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. “We had an 8 night stay and it was so comfortable. We all felt safe and relaxed. Our flight from AZ arrived at 10 AM so we requested an early check in. Joanna was quick to respond with permission allowing us to unwind after our travels. Cleanliness was top notch. They provided a washer/dryer and dishwasher!
