Rooms had roaches, the exhaust fan was hanging in one of the restroom’s, there was hair everywhere on the rooms too. Woke up with itchiness in our body don’t know if they have bed bugs! Definitely never staying here again

Would give this dump negative stars if possible! Not sure how they are still open. A complete dumpster fire! Arrived at 5PM and rang bell. Some banana runs over from the nearby liquor package store and checks me in. Says I am in room 105, runs back to the liquor store. Grab my luggage and have to about kick the door in to get it to open. Once open, the cigarette smell slapped me right in the face. I headed over to the liquor store to find the banana playing on his phone. Told him it was unacceptable and needed another room. He doesn't believe me and has to check for himself. He walked in and sniffed for a bit before he said I could have the room next door. He opened that and said it did "not smell too bad" lol. After getting to new room, I was aghast at the dirty, outdated room. Bed sucked, toilet, tub and sink were filthy, cracked and had 1000 cigarette burn marks everywhere. I just drove 16 hours and was too tired to fight it. Took a shower after cleaning tub. 1 gray towel, which started life as white, and smelled like a wet dog. Moved nightstand and found countless dead bugs and dirt. Flies were living in the room before me and kept landing on my head while I attempted to sleep on the worst bed ever. Was in this cesspool for 3 nights and they never changed the towels or cleaned up. No ice machine, no breakfast, no return. Sweetwater, please condemn this disgrace for a business.

Economy for Sure

Adequate for a quick, efficient stay, but fairly drab interior, some items need repair/replacement (lamp shades). Able to park right outside first-floor room, easy to move items in. Soaps were amusingly thin, but adequate. We were missing bath towels. Proprietor could not find our reservation but gave us a $10 'walk-in' discount, which was nice.

Expedia nor the property would not allow me a refund for cancelling to stay here after viewing the deplorable rooms. So it’s simple I just don’t use Expedia anymore and I def will not return to that location.

The staff was nice but the place needs a renovation and deep clean badly. The walls in our room were nasty and the ac smelled like mold and didnt work.

Worst place to stay in east Tennessee

My room only had one light, it was in the bathroom. A plug in led light for working on cars. The shower didnt work so i had to hand wash myself. There was pieces of wood in different places looked like for an old renovation job. An it was a wreck. I was very upset about my stay there.

Room smelled of mildew, went snd bought spray, doused room, left for few hours and still could not sleep due to odor. Bathroom had only 1 towel in it and when picked up had a hair ball on it, ask housekeeper for additional towels since 2 people and they were all filthy stained. Would not use shower due to filth buildup along sides, toilet wabbled, exposed fan parts on ceiling. Found a wire on lamp spliced for new plug with exposed wires. Great fire hazard. Would of left and asked for refund upon arrival but Expedia does not refund money Will never use Econlodge again
