Nice big king room on the 8th floor, spacious and great views over the ocean. Could do with double glazing as there is a fair bit of street (super noisy motorbikes) and party noise (ground floor bar/disco) on Friday and Saturday nights. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Parking $30 per night, but well worth it.

Lovely room with a view. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, hotel restaurant was not open, but there was walking distance to other places. Garage was a little difficult to manoeuvre, but we managed OK.

Easy place to stay for a visit to Cronulla. We had dinner in the restaurant. Very well priced and tasty. We were upgraded to a sea view which was great.

Great location - walkable to the beach and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was a little tired - black marks on the grout in the shower and a dingy/doggy smell in the main room (we had a one bedroom suite). The bedroom was fine. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Quite disappointing. We checked in late. The room had a bad stale odour - we had to open the balcony doors to air the room - but still didn’t help. Dust buildup on in-room aircon vent and bathroom corners. Bed and pillows were very flat / old / uncomfortable. Regardless of the place being ‘dated’ - more attention needs to be put on the overall cleanliness. I’ve stayed at other Rydges hotels which were well maintained and comfortable. However this one set a bad example for the brand.

The ocean view room was fantastic—beautiful views, lots of natural light, and a perfect location right on the beach. Super convenient for walking to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view of Cronulla beach. Very centrally located near great cafes and restaurants. Lovely foyer and great sized room (one bedroom with beach view). Definitely need to pay for the daily parking in the underground garage as there is no available parking close by. Buffet breakfast was great. Only minor issue was the small bathroom which had a small amount of mold because of the lack of ventilation and no exhaust fan.
