The signage for the hotel is very difficult to see at street level. Especially in daylight hours, inside the ground lobby is too dark, especially so as you go from daylight into significant darkness. However we received an amazing welcome from Chris on this level & directed to the lifts to be taken to the reception desk on the 21st floor where we were checked in by helpful & friendly staff. Our 2 bed room suite was on the 19th floor, it was stylish with floor to window views. We could have done with an armchair as there was only one sofa, the suite accommodates 4 persons. We found the beds super comfortable & the rooms very quiet. We purchased a takeaway breakfast from the food court at Australia Square which behind the hotel, we consumed breakfast in our suite utilising the dining facilities. The complimentary; tea, coffee, water, & milk in our suite was wonderful. At the ground level the complimentary Koko chocolate bars & bottled mineral water was a lovely touch. The hotel has a beautiful indoor pool which we did not get a chance to use, and also a fabulous restaurant bar/restaurant Dean & Nancy which we didn’t get time to visit. Next time!!!

Lovely rooms, amenities and ambience. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was that the elevator wasn't working and it took us ages to check in/get in and out. However the staff made up for it. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Location, location, location. Hotel was in the perfect walkable spot. If you can walk up to 3 km, you can see and access everything of the Sydney Harbour, surrounding area, and downtown. Awesome location. Staff were great. room was excellent, modern, clean, with the perfect small kitchen for a few meals in the room. Will stay here again when in Sydney!

Staff is very blunt and unhelpful. Seems most of them had this as their first gig. Did not brief me about the property amenities etc. apart from that the smoke alarm is so sensitive that it went off while using the coffee machine in the room. Forget about using the kitchenette.. even have to careful while taking a shower .. not to tip off the alarm .. so strange … Would not stay again .

Great hotel location, comfy beds, functional kitchen. The staff arranged for us to be surprised with a bottle of bubbly and some heart shaped chocolates for our anniversary. Wonderful place to explore downtown Sydney.
