What We Love
The Timeless Modern is an architecturally designed three bedroom, two bathroom split-level home over three levels on Glebe Point Road in Glebe, Sydney. It sleeps up to 6 guests across a king bedroom, a top floor queen suite with ensuite and desk, and a children's room with a king single and trundle bed. It has a private garden with BBQ, skylights, a fireplace, air conditioning throughout and a high chair for little ones. Glebe's cafés, bookshops and Saturday markets are right on the doorstep. Rated 5 stars by past guests.
It suits families and groups of friends wanting a stylish inner-west base, corporate guests and visiting academics needing a desk and easy access to the University of Sydney and the CBD, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.
Ground Floor
Elegant décor meets striking architectural moments. The open plan living space is framed by a timeless arch connecting the kitchen to the lounge, where sash windows and an elegant fireplace overlook a spherical coffee table. Skylights flood the space with natural light. The formal dining area flows into the modern kitchen with marble flooring, an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. From the kitchen, step out to the bijou garden with a BBQ and outdoor dining.
First Floor
The main bedroom has a king bed. A second bedroom has a king single bed with a single trundle, making it a fun sleepover room for children. The family bathroom on this level has a bath and shower.
Top Floor
The queen suite sits privately on its own level, with an ensuite shower and a desk for working or studying away from home.
