The Alte Friesenhaus is situated on a spacious 1,400-square-meter lot and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. The lovingly landscaped garden features a variety of outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair—perfect for quiet moments in the fresh air.
Your private parking space is located right in front of the house. There is also a garage for bicycles and a shared washing machine that you’re welcome to use.

The spacious “Unterm Reet” apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and, with approximately 100 square meters of living space, offers plenty of room to unwind and relax. As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel the bright, friendly atmosphere that permeates the entire apartment. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area, approximately 30 square meters, which invites you to cook, eat, and relax together. There is also another large double bed here, harmoniously tucked away in a cozy alcove and ideal for additional guests.

In addition to the living area, the apartment features a cozy entryway with a workspace, perfect for quiet moments, reading, or even occasional work. Two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ensure restful nights and plenty of space to unwind. All rooms are bright, welcoming, and designed with great attention to detail, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing and restful vacation. Of course, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

A private parking space is available on the property, and there’s even a wallbox for electric cars that can be used with an EC card.

The house features a total of three additional apartments: “Scheune,” “Ost,” and “West.” The “Ost” and “West” apartments are particularly well-suited for families or friends traveling together, as they are located across from each other on the first floor and share the same main entrance.

Please note that none of the apartments in the Altes Friesenhaus are rented to tradespeople and/or installation workers.

This beautiful historic Frisian house, built in 1874, is set in a 1,400-square-meter, well-established garden with mature trees. A variety of garden furniture, lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair are available to guests on the property. There is also a sandbox for younger guests, as well as a ping-pong table.

In total, this former farmhouse—featuring original classic Frisian elements—offers 4 lovingly furnished apartments. All apartments have their own terrace and access to the wonderfully large garden. Parking spaces are located directly on the property.

Morsum has retained its rural character. On foot or by bike, you can reach the bakery, the Edeka grocery store, or a nice, well-kept restaurant in just a few minutes. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the mudflats (with beautiful sunsets). There are horse stables and a golf course in town. The Wadden Sea is only about 1 km away; the sandy beach on the west side of the island is about 13 km away and is easily accessible even by bike.

MORSUM
A North Sea vacation with breathtaking nature. In the eastern part of the island lies the rural vacation paradise of Morsum, where you can enjoy breathtaking natural landscapes and find wonderful relaxation. You can also enjoy a countryside vacation on Sylt. This small village entices visitors with impressive rock formations and tranquil heathland interspersed with green meadows, offering an idyllic area for hiking. In Morsum, you’ll experience a different side of Sylt.

The Morsum Cliff near Nösse on the mudflats north of the Hindenburg Dam is an archaeological sensation—unique in all of Europe in terms of its geological structure. Surrounded by heathland of breathtaking beauty, it appears like a picturesque snapshot of eight million years of Earth’s history and delights visitors with the fascinating play of colors in its rock layers, which are particularly beautifully highlighted by the evening light of the setting sun. A natural history and geological guided tour will give you an even deeper understanding of the cliff’s uniqueness.
