The lamps on the desk was broken, and the lady also help me to exchange a new one immediately. The room are quite good, internet is fast.The bed is very comfortable. The parking is in the basement of the hotel, but it’s the elevator’s function. It will take time to enter and leave, not so convenient. The refrigerator is not ready working and……

“The rooms were clean and modern. The bathrooms were nice with a really nice rainfall shower head. The reception staff was always kind, helpful and courteous and the candy they had in the bowl was DELICIOUS!!! It was a little difficult to find so maybe more signs would help and there is a small flight of stairs you must take before reaching an elevator. The elevator is not always working and only fits 1-2 people at most. The hotel is a good 4 flights up, if the elevator is not working. ……

“The hotel is conveniently location near the subway station. There are several famers restaurants there. There is a park across from the hotel ,and it has a Ferris wheel which offers a lovely view when you take a ride . We stayed there for 2 night, everything is perfect , Overall, I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The doorman was especially caring and always checked on us when we were in the smoking area outside. we enjoyed the good service from hotel . thanks ”
