“Room was average ”

“Worst stay of my life – unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. My family was genuinely scared during the stay, and I was under constant stress the entire time. The property falsely mentions parking available within 100 meters—there is no dedicated parking at all. I was forced to park my car next to a garbage dumping area, which itself says everything about the place. The entrance and rooms are in horrible condition.……

“A beautiful place to stay near nirvana beach. The location (clean beachfront), the grounds, the staff, the restaurant indeed every aspect of this well run resort was of a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend it to anyone without hesitation. Top stay indeed!”

“Check in time mailed was 8 am. Stay's check in is 2:30 pm. No stool in bathroom. WiFi not accessed. TV not working, Additional pillow not given. Water jug, glass not provided. Drinking water was to be self serviced, two naked pipes were available to fill our water bottls. IWILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STAY TO ANYONE EVER. ”
