No Room Accomodation for my Family

we were not able to check in because no one came to assist us on our bookings. the room you booked for us no longer exist. nobody came and no room accomodations happened. I want to refund my payment. i've been contacting Hotels.com but no one helped! no email were received for my request to refund

I dont recommend this unit

There are cockroaches in the unit, the ac doesnt cool the room, some soiled linen still in the cabinet with spoiled food in the plastic. One of us got bitten by bedbugs maybe the beddings didnt change.. so disgusting!
