Fast dedicated Wifi, AC in both rooms. Elevator to 6F. Washer/Dryer combo. Would stay again. Easy check-out process."

"初めて民泊を利用しました。当日代金の一部を現金で支払うとエクスペディアからの案内があり、そのことをとても心配していましたが実際はその様な支払いはありませんでした。建物の外観だと思われたピンクのビルの紹介写真は隣の建物のもので、建物を探す目安になりましたがその点を明記しておいてもらえたら良かったです。トイレの中にシャワーがあるので、シャワーを浴びて、水を一時的に止めると排水が追いつかずに便器まで届いた水がこちらに戻ってくるのが気持ちが悪く感じました。そういうのが気にならない方は安くで宿泊出来ていいと思います。今回5人で利用したので、みんなで一緒に泊まれるホテルが無く、こちらに泊まりました。値段相応のお部屋だったと思います。 ドライヤーや歯ブラシ、タオルやお茶も用意してもらいました。"

It was first time for my family to stay at some stranger's place:)(not hotels) but my family was very satisfied and happy with the place like sweet home. They were communicative and helped us with certain arrangements: booking vans from/to the airport, making reservations at restaurants, etc. They try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I'll be a repeat customer if I'm ever back in Taipei."

"Thank you Terence! We had a great stay at your apartment. The location was perfect. Just an elevator ride to the center of Ximending and all restaurants and shops near by. The apartment was comfortable without issues. So close the MRT Ximen Station, that all of Taipei was close by. We hope to stay again next summer."
