"Some wear and tear and clearly needs renewing. It was not pleasing at all to see diluted body wash gel from the bottle. Might gave been done by previous customers yet it was not checked and replaced by staff. For a five star hotel and for the price of the room, it’s shockingly disappointing."

"Very grand, but dated. Enjoyed the location wonderful staff was surprised to be charged for a soda in the mini bar when other hotels in Taiwan did not. There were no signs that indicated and that housekeeper had replaced it after the first night. State there because it’s reasonably close to the main station and pricing was good"

"exceed my all expectations. very convenient, yet very quiet and tranquil.. Staff was attentive yet not intrusive. I left my wallet behind after I checked out, they sent me an email right away to inform me of such. it was picked up by cleaning crew and forwarded to the front desk. All my US cash and two credit cards were intact!! Amazing and thankful from my heart!! "

"Very clean rooms with nice shampoo, and gel. Used the exercise room, which was sparse, but good enough. Breakfast decent, and included Yakult and Natto!"

"Room is clean and well renovated. Public transport are convenience where train station exit are just in front of the hotel entrance. Will stay again for next visit. "
