"酒店位置較偏僻，自駕遊還可以，最近的便利店也需5分鐘車程，但酒店提供水機可免費斟冷熱水。 酒店設有公眾溫泉、乒乓球、康樂棋、按摩、泳池，可讓旅客放鬆放空。 前台職員服務態度很好，有禮貌有笑容，知道我們是香港遊客還安排能說普通話的職員協助check in手續，方便溝通。 酒店房間很大，乾淨整潔； 浴室乾濕分離，空間充裕； 水壓非常有力，冷熱水供應亦很到位。 是次入住11樓高層，房間是湖景，能看到全日本最大的湖—琵琶湖。整體感覺很好，有機會會再次入住。"

"Nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. 4 minutes walk to karasuma line (north/south) station, and 9 minutes walk to Tozai line (west/east) station. Taxi to Kyoto station is around 12 minutes and 1500 yen. However, the neighborhood is quiet in the evening, not for shopping or dining… The hotel provides free shuttle service to Kinkakujicho-Ji temple (morning) and Arashiyama (afternoon) is a plus, if they are on your visit list. Furthermore, The school bus baker cafe is only 3 minutes walk away from the hotel, they provide very nice quality of bread. "

"Spent three nights here with a one-year-old during Kyoto Marathon. Very spacious double room and the bed is big, which we and my little boy loves so much. He took his first walks inside the big room and enjoyed his time so much in the bathtub, floor and the bed. Many photos taken and so much sweet memory. :）"
