The room was a wonderful size, beautifully decorated, with a sliding door separating the bed from the couch area. The room was nice but needed maintenance in terms of paint/carpet other than that it was very clean. It has a nice very view, our favorite part was the location. It was a walkable distance to many things in Kyoto. Nishiki Market is one notable space and Kawaramachi-dori Street. Easy access to bus stations and train stations.
