Staff friendly and helpful. We had terrace room with hot tub and views (43) which felt special. Location excellent for everything Valletta has to offer AND also quiet (when city can be very lively this was ideal !)
Would have liked a larger breakfast selection and also beware of mosquitoes - even in November - would be good if rooms were provided with mosquito repellers !

This hotel is one that stands out on all aspects. From all hour check-in, to beautiful grounds, incredible staff and great rooms. We were treated with great respect and any questions we had got answered. Thank you for making our 3 weeks of accommodation outstanding.

The room was clean and the cleaning service was great. However, the breakfast was cold. We had to go to Hilton on two occasions to have breakfast. More options, better service. I recommend going over to check their breakfast setting. All hotel staff were warm and very friendly
