The location was excellent!

breakfast correct .. but not amazing . reataurant is good and quality price is still good and the rrom are spacius and cleaned i was deceived about the airport shuttle is indicated as free on your website ... and then i finally have to paid for it .. even whan i show the capsure of the reservation screen. i think that i will nor come back because of the feeling that tha indicated price is not what is applied

The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular. Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. The Manager came to chat to us at check-out and apologised for the miscommunication but said we still had to pay, or he would charge the staff for the breakfast as that was how it was done in Madagascar. Needless to say, this is appalling from a major hotel chain. Suggest you beware that the Management do not have integrity, although the staff themselves were very honest and pleasant (so we still tipped them and had fun interacting with them at least :) )

Très belle hôtel mais dès notre arrivée le staff et clients nous regardaient de haut. Service hautain tout le longs de notre séjour. De plus, nous avons commandé le room service le soir, salade Caesar et un curry à l’agneau et j’ai ensuite été malade pendant 5 jours, vomissements et diarrhée. Je n’avais rien mangé d’autre ce jour là et la réaction a suivi quelques heures après le repas. Sinon l’endroit est très beau et propre considérant l’emplacement.
