“The property was mostly as represented on the VRBO listing.It was pretty clean (some of the area rugs needed to washed or vacuumed and some of the floor hadn't been swept.) There was plenty of light, both natural and lighting in the cottage. The location was secluded and private. I didn't like that how far from things didn't seem accurately represented. The 2nd bedroom was misrepresented by a different view of the 1st bedroom. The 2nd bedroom wasn't as private since the kitchen had a window that...

“Property was quiet and serene. Cabin was clean, organized, & comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ducks in the pond and friendly “neighborhood” dogs. Host was responsive when needed. Wish we had more time to enjoy all that the property offered. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your property with us!”

“Excellent experience once again!! My wife and I stayed here in the same cabin Thanksgiving of 2023. It was perfect then as it was this stay. The cabin is beautiful and clean on the inside. The view is fantastic, especially from the hot tub. Being secluded on the mountain along with having to go through a gate makes it feel like you are the only people up there along with feeling safe. We will be back again! This time we wont take as long.”

“We came from Ohio to visit our 90 year old Aunt who lives in Beatyville. Had a great visit and dinner with her. Then headed back to the cabin for the evening and relaxed in the hot tub and by the firepit. This is a really nice and very clean cabin.”
