You get what you pay for. This is a functional hotel with small but clean and well-maintained rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the location — it would be hard to find a better spot in Santiago. The surroundings are safe, public transport connections are excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. However, the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. Despite complaining several times at the front desk, the issue was never resolved. As someone very tech-savvy, I can confidently say the problem was not on my end. Reliable connectivity is a must in today’s world. On one occasion, my bathroom was also left uncleaned. These are all fixable issues, and aside from them, my overall experience was positive.

This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient.

Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room.
