“This house is the perfect home for a family that needs four rooms. Two spacious and well appointed bathrooms and fully accessible kitchen. There were so many things we could do just staying at the property. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and Ryan was accommodating. We were able to access everywhere we needed to go in Tally from this location. It was close to FSU, shopping, restaurants, and overall was easy to stay at while moving in our son to FSU. Definite do over. ”

“The inside of the property was great. Looks just like pictures. Communication and instructions were great. I would recommend a front door without glass to make me feel safer. Need an extra double lock. ”

“This house was so beautifully decorated it looks like It came from the pages of a Magazine. The house had everything we needed. It was comfortable spacious, clean and safe. Many details at the house are well thought out by the homeowner making this feel like a home away from home. All of the linens, the towels, and house products seemed to be brand New. Excellent communication from host even after my departure. The driveway is a little steep. But there is also street parking available in front……

“Super pleased with our stay here for an FSU tour and football weekend with two families and multiple young adult children! The four reserve parking spaces right by the door was a big plus as well as 3 full bathrooms! Enjoyed our walk to the stadium and walk to many good dining options, including Momos!”

“The condo was clean and the owner did a wonderful job with the tiny added touches that do make a difference. There was a book about the area with suggested restaurants and coffee/tea/snacks set up. There was one issue that was remedied. The owner was quick to respond and communication was easy. Checking in and checking out was no problem at all. Will stay again. Thank you!!”
