the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres also a swimming pool area in the mid-decks with a nice view. I would definitely prefer staying here over KSL. KSL is older and the lifts take 100 years!

The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.

Many facilities are damaged

Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.

What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍
