A full-time gardener keeps the grounds in a perfect state and he made an orchid collection even fixing some in driftwood from the beach Langosta is a prime destination for relaxing, surfing, and fishing Our concierge team is available through messaging apps, email, or phone to assist you with every aspect of your trip. Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations. It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way. The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus. Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles. There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You will have access to the entire property. Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts. Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us. A beautiful secluded beach where you can walk for miles, surf, observe breathtaking sunsets or explore tide pools. Secure and serene- To allow you to fully take advantage of your unit and your Costa Rican experience all guests in this complex have access to the upper level terrace and view area. A perfect place to enjoy the sun and take in Costa Rica’s breath taking sunsets, with an amazing ocean and mountain view. The grounds are fully fenced and enclosed adding to the privacy and security of the complex. The complex has 24 hour security and security cameras as well. Each unit enjoys it’s own off-street parking space. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed to sleep on after a long day of adventuring or just relaxing on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a small private sitting area with two chairs to sit and relax. Off of the master bedroom there is the master bathroom, an indoor-outdoor bathroom featuring a tile shower, bathtub and double vanity. In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed facing a cable tv for your enjoyment. The room is decorated with beautiful paintings and features a glass sliding door to a mini patio with two chairs. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom, an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity. Need an extra bed? The comfortable couch in the living room doubles as a pull out bed. Also this comfortable living space contains three chairs and a cable tv. Enough space for the whole family! Sliding glass doors lead from the living room the the outdoor poolside patio, featuring a four person wood table lounge chairs and a comfortable sitting area. Dinner Time? Amanpuri 2 offers a full custom kitchen containing a stainless steel double door fridge, countertop stove, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and a bbq patio out the back with a small seating area and a gas grill. Once your food is ready head to the dining table which sits six to have a delicious family meal. Need to stock up on food? A small grocery store is just a 2 minute walk from the condo. The house was extremely well kept and the property was maintained daily. Extremely spacious and modern throughout. Just steps from the beautiful beach and all amenities very close by - restaurants, convenience store walkable in 5 mins and only about 10-15 mins walk into Tamarindo. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. Comfortable rooms, space. Nice shared pool at back door, with nearly no one ever in it. Kitchen is an excellent workspace for 2 and is beautifully equipped with every sort of tool we needed...even a meat thermometer. One of the best I've rented for equipment if you are a cook! Gardner was very helpful. Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, it's a rather naturally dark space but with excellent ceiling lighting. One problem I think is the old dingy curtains which if replaced with light colored ones would brighten the place significantly. Again, as mentioned in other reviews, the towels are also dingy. If the owner is not going to replace towels regularly, then they should have a darker color like brown or blue to mask use/age. The biggest con is that one of the open air bathrooms is open to the eyes of the next door condos a few floors above. Thus, the toilet was initially unusable, unless you like exposing yourself. Since we could not get a refund and really needed both toilets operational, my husband configured a fix by velcroing a sheet across the open area of the toilet portion view, but the shower was a lost cause unless you want to shower in your swimsuit. So 3 of us shared 2 toilets and 1 shower. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and roof were great. We could walk down to the beach in 3 minutes, and drive to Tamarindo in 6 minutes.
