Summary:
Professional cleaning company who is following all of the CDC and Airbnb recommendations cleans this cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Brandon. Very close to the Brandon Mall, Brandon Regional Hospital, and major highways. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.

The Space:
Plenty of room for up to 6 guests! The spacious master suite with queen size bed has a private master bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Full kitchen serves up to 6 guests with pots and pans provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer in the home. Free WiFi, Netflix, and local TV programming!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and the yard, paved parking for 2 vehicles with room for additional parking if needed.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Close to Brandon Blvd., where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in our area and convenient for getting around. The county bus stop is about a 10 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
I run a local realty office, so I’m very familiar with Tampa. My team provides free realty tours of areas for people with interest in buying/investing in Tampa. If you’re interested, let us know!

There were a number of things that were not in proper order, the dishwasher didn’t work, garbage disposal didn’t work, the refrigerator doors opened up against the wall, the batteries for the remotes for the air conditioners were dead, and the place was only moderately clean, I think they could’ve done a much better job. The owner was open to our concerns, but because of other circumstances of the medical order, my wife and I could not stay there for our whole vacation. We departed a week early due to her heart condition. We don’t know if it was because of the heat or because of the place we were staying. I contacted Verbo, but they said there was no way we could get a refund, not even part of it. Not really happy with Verbo right now.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy and this is one unit of a duplex. I didn’t feel safe enough to stay overnight. The unit needs repairs and updating. I would not recommend.

Glendale Getaway
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was really clean, had plenty of space, had a washer/dryer & had easy access to Tropicana field, Amalie arena & Walt Disney World by car. The ductless heat pumps/furnace were an amazing feature giving us plenty of climate control in both bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen area. We utilized one of the local parks that had fun things for our 5 year old daughter including a splash pad. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We arrived at 11:45pm and the check-in was seamless. Wifi was good quality for streaming movies on different devices. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next year!

Clean and quiet stay
We checked in with the door code without any issues. Place was clean, neighborhood was very quiet. We were attending a wedding In Riverview so it was a perfect location for us.
